General FAQ
Your Care Starts Here
We make it easy to take the next step toward personalized wellness care.
Start by booking a consultation with our team. We will learn about your goals, review your health history, and help determine the most appropriate next steps for your care.
Your first appointment is a focused conversation about your health goals, symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. Your provider will outline a personalized plan and discuss any recommended testing or follow-up.
Please contact our team to discuss payment and insurance questions. We are happy to help you understand the options available for your visit.
Yes. A discovery call is a convenient way to ask initial questions and learn whether AlphaElite Health is the right fit for your wellness goals.
Labs are not required before your initial consultation. If testing is appropriate, your provider will explain what is recommended and why.
Yes. We offer in-office lab draws and off-site lab options for patients who do not live nearby. Our team coordinates this for you and provides clear preparation instructions.
No problem. We routinely care for patients throughout Florida via telehealth. Labs can be completed locally, consultations and follow-ups can be virtual, injections can be shipped to your home, and body composition tracking can be done with a home scale. You do not need to live nearby to receive elite care.
Initial provider consultations are 60 minutes. This includes a deep dive into your medical history and symptoms, a comprehensive lab review, discussion of metabolic health, hormones, nutrition, and muscle, time for your questions, and a detailed treatment plan tailored to you. You will never feel rushed.
Provider follow-ups for HRT, TRT, or weight loss are 30 minutes. Injection visits and InBody scans with staff are 15 minutes. We separate provider care from staff support visits to keep care efficient and thorough.
Labs are individualized, but most patients can expect testing every 4–8 weeks during optimization and less frequently once stable and dialed in. This aligns with hormone receptor adaptation, red blood cell turnover, and nutrient repletion timelines.
Yes. Injections can be completed in-office or shipped to your home with all supplies included. We teach you exactly how to do this safely and confidently.
Yes, and we strongly encourage it. We focus on body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and basal metabolic rate. Options include weekly InBody scans in-office or home body composition scales for remote patients. This helps us protect muscle and metabolism, not just chase the scale.
A compounding pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy that custom-prepares medications for an individual patient rather than dispensing mass-produced, one-size-fits-all drugs. It can tailor dose, concentration, delivery method, formulation, and clinically appropriate combination therapies to your labs, symptoms, physiology, and goals.
For certain specialty medications and peptides, compounding can support individualized dosing, gradual adjustments, appropriate delivery methods, and flexibility as your body adapts. AlphaElite Health works with licensed compounding pharmacies that follow applicable quality and safety standards, including sterility, potency, storage, and handling protocols.
Compounded medications and peptides are typically not covered by insurance because they are customized and are not part of standard insurance formularies. This approach allows care decisions to focus on your individual needs, close monitoring, and long-term health goals.
